Anette
Kormann, BMus PGCE
Anette
studied the flute with Ingeborg Axner-Franzen at Kapellsberg
Conservatoire in Harnosand, Sweden, and then with Colin
Lilley at Birmingham Conservatoire, where she graduated
with Distinction in 1994. There she participated in masterclasses
with a. o. Susan Milan, and performed in numerous recitals.
She won the Ludlow Philharmonic Prize and performed the
Ibert flute concerto. Since then, Anette has toured most
of Sweden as a soloist, as well as in the West Midlands.
She currently works as Head of Woodwind at Solihull Music
Service, as well as a freelance flautist performing with
various ensembles.
